Operating temperatures

Hi,
Temperature ranges to operate JNX is -25 ~ 90°C as datasheet says.
Overheat could be managed by active or passive cooling.
Could you give some hints how to manage below zero degree? approx. -40?

Do you mean how to keep temperature > -25C? If so, it depends on your use case, you can use heater or heat isolation design for that. It should be easier than thermal solution of cooling.
