Optical flow from DLSS 3 with OF SDK 3.0

With the release of the Lovelace architecture, DLSS 3 came out with strong optical flow (OF) capabilities; are those being used with the OF SDK 3.0 or is this using another part of the GPU ?
If those are separated, how to use the OF from DLSS 3 ? how does is compare with the one used in SDK 3.0 ?
