Does Nvidia have optical self diagnosis algorithm for understanding the condition of camera lens?

do you mean to identify if it is in working condition? We don’t have tools to access the condition. However, you can check running camera sample or capture camera images and verify if it is as expected

I meant to ask if there is dirt on lens or if water falls on the lens, will the system trigger any alarm?

No. DRIVE OS does not any application for this purpose.
