OptiX does not implement fns (find n-th set bit) PTX instruction

Dear OptiX team,

I wanted to use the fns PTX instruction in a kernel and ran into the following error message. It would be great if this function could be added to OptiX

New backend is missing implementation for PTX intrinsic optix.ptx.fns.b32
