Orin agx bios goes black screen启动bios界面后黑屏日志显示gpu错误

我的agx orin 32g develop kit启动bios界面过后，进入黑屏。用micro usb的com口读取，已经出现ubuntu 20.04字样，随后有gpu报错。
nvidia-modeset: ERROR: GPU:0: Idling display engine timed out: 0x0000c67e:3:0:1093␍␊
我的系统在nvme盘上。能进入bios界面。

Hi,
If the device cannot be flashed/booted, please refer to the page to get uart log from the device:
Jetson/General debug - eLinux.org
And get logs of host PC and Jetson device for reference. If you are using custom board, you can compare uart log of developer kit and custom board to get more information.

If possible, we would suggest follow quick start in developer guide to re-flash the system:

And see if the issue still persists on a clean-flashed system.

Hi, since I have stored nearly 2TB of data on Orin, and it works normally before the accident happens. I hope to resolve this issue by modifying the current system. The GPU error appears to be related to the driver, but I haven’t found a suitable solution because I am completely unable to access the GUI. Moreover, I am unable to log in to the system properly through the TTY mode via the COM serial port. Additionally, I am certain that this is not a hardware issue, because Orin can boot normally when using only the internal 64GB eMMC storage.

cat /etc/nv_tegra_release 

請嘗試拔掉連接螢幕的cable 並確認是否還有問題。

你好，拔掉cacle后没有GPU相关报错。尝试拔掉nvme固态从内置64g emmc启动，启动成功。对nvme固态中的内容备份时，大量内容无法读出，猜测可能是硬盘损坏导致无法启动。有进展时我们会更新，谢谢。
