Orin cannot boot after changing another NVMe

Condition:

We used to have nvme-A (R35.1) running on Orin.
Yesterday, we flashed nvme-B with R35.4, and successfully boot Orin from nvme-B.

Now, we want to change back to nvme-A again. But Orin cannot boot from nvme-A now.

After power on, nvme is selected in UEFI boot list, but Orin directly reboots again.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Because the version between bootloader and rootfs is imcompatible.
You cannot boot a 35.4.1 disk with a device running 35.1 bootloader.
