Orin mgbe目前加载，但无法ping通

orin的万兆外挂spi flash（W25Q40EW），需要烧录固件，但将开发板flash拆下后装到自制版，ifconfig里有eth1加载，但无法ping通，测量cs一直为高没有通信，硬件检查连接也没有问题，请问是什么原因？

开发板的flash应该是已经烧录过固件的？为什么移过去还是不行？请问有人吗
