Hi there,

There’s a Xavier Boundary Scan Requirements and Usage available for download but not Orin Module. When do we expect to see similar document for Orin module to be avail for download? It should be something like Orin Module Boundary Scan Requirements and Usage.

Hi, confirmed by related team, functional testing is what we suggest. For one thing, Boundary Scan would only cover a portion of the module pins – only those connected directly to Orin. For BSDL that the boundary scan can only test SoC IO, for overall system customer would still need to develop their own production tests. Hoping it will replace production test for the system is not the right path. By the way, We only provide the support based on an enclosed module as we ship it.

Understood…we’re looking for module pins only and something generic similar to the Xavier Boundary Scan Requirements and Usage App Note released in DLC in 2020/05/28.
