there’re PHY interrupts,
for instance,

these meant there’re errors with…
(1) DPHY deskew calibration not complete on data-lane. it usually happened when the calibration sequence length is not long enough
(2) It also report DPHY CIL lane alignment failure, this error is detected in the PHY partition that some lanes detected sync words while other lanes not.
(3) Besides, there’re more than one bit error detected on the data-lane sync word. it might be issues with sensor configuration.
