Currently my Orin is booting from eMMC.
I burned image via USB to this eMMC.
Is it possible to boot the Orin nano from another boot device ?
If yes - How can I burn image ?

You should first clarify what exact device you are using.
Orin Nano does not have any on-board eMMC chip.

The device is an NVME disk connected to the PCI port of the Orin.

Are you using an AGX Orin or an Orin Nano?
Orin Nano does not have PCIe slots, and do you mean the M.2 slot?
Anyway, flashing commands are listed here:

Just replace the --external-device option with the one you want to use.
