Orin nano power design

I’m designing a custom board for orin nano 8gb,and there are three questions.
First,must I follow the Power Up Sequence ?Is there any problem if I float the SHUTDOWN_REQ(PIN233)?
Second, must I follow the delay?

Is there any problem if no the two delay,or shorter?
Third,is there any problem if no Power Down circuit? Whether hot swap is supported?
