When i am using WIFI, datetime is synchronizing perfectly.
when I am using ethernet, datetime is not synchronizing after reboot…
what is the issue here…? how to solve this.?
i tried all ntp things available on internet.

Please share which Jetpack version you are using. If you use previous version, would suggest upgrade to Jetpack 6.1 and try. To check if the issue is present on latest release.
