Orin NX Ethernet disconnect when system over loading

Hi Nvidia,

We are testing the internal ethernet on Orin NX module. (GBE_MD0~3)
The ethernet is disconnected when the system overloading.

Orin NX 16GB/Orin Nano 8GB
Orin Nano Devkit carrier board
L4T 35.4.1
Test tool : BurnInTest Windows/ARM version

Our test step:

1. Connect the x86 RJ45 ethernet and Orin NX RJ45 ethernet.
2. Set the static IP to both.
3. Run burnintest tool client on Orin NX.
4. Run burnintest tool host on x86 PC. The test tool will connect to OrinNX and start testing.
5. Run cuda matrixMulCUBLAS GPU sample code on Orin NX. The gpu loading is up to 99%.
6. After many minutes. The x86 burnintest tool will show that unable to connect to Orin NX.

There’s a known issue in Ethernet driver. Please check
JP5.1.1 L4T R35.3.1 Ethernet (eth0) not working - Orin NX - #3 by DaneLLL
