Orin NX - which is the heat sink contact surface for SoC?

Hi,

I’m designing a heat sink/thermal solution for the Orin NX 16GB.

Please could you confirm which surface is the heat sink contact surface for the ‘T234 TE980-M’? (see attached pic). This is Comp #1 on your thermal design guide map.

The 3D step file you supplied appears not to include the geometry represented blue outline in my picture, however it is shown in (some) views in the thermal design guide. If this is the surface required for heat sink contact, please can you tell me the dimensions including height of this protrusion? Or ideally provide a step file with this included?
