Orin SOM can not work with Xavier Carriboard

Orin Som cannot boot on the Xavier carriboard developed by our company, but the same board Xavier SOM can work normally. After analysis, it is found that VIN_PWR_ON signal is abnormal on Orin SOM, only 450ms high level, and then it remains low level all the time. How can I solve this problem? Thanks!

Have you checked the Jetson AGX Orin Series and Jetson AGX Xavier Series Interface Migration?

YES, We have patched orin+ Xavier Carriboard Patch as suggested by SYNNEX FAE.But the problem remains
