OTA from 32.3.1 to 32.6.1, succecced with wrong BASE_BSP and failed with the right BASE_BSP

I have tried OTA from 32.3.1 to 32.6.1. If I set the BASE_BSP to the TARGET_BSP, and do the step as " Updating Jetson Linux with Image-Based Over-the-Air Update" said, the OTA update successfully. But if I set the BASE_BSP to right value, The OTA failed. The attatched file is the log of the failed ota.

hello tianyi2,

could you please share your steps in details to reproduce the failure.
here’s the kernel panic error, this means your rootfs might be corrupted.

[ 4.601419] Failed to execute /init (error -2)
[ 4.601562] Kernel panic - not syncing: No working init found. Try passing init= option to kernel. See Linux Documentation/init.txt for guidance.

I found the reason.
In build_base_recovery_image.sh, there is a cmd “_librariesdir=$(find “${_rootfs_dir}/lib” -name libc.so.6 | tail -1 | awk -F/ ‘{ print $(NF-1) }’)”, and it first finds the dir arm-linux-gnueabihf, not the dir aarch64-linux-gnu.
