OTP not received on 3 different phone numbers in 3 countries - Cannot get API key

Hello,

I am unable to receive OTP codes to verify my account on build.nvidia.com and cannot get API access.

Problem details:

  • Tried 3 different phone numbers from 3 different countries
  • Tried on 2 different accounts
  • No OTP SMS codes received on any of the numbers
  • Cannot proceed with API key generation without verification

Accounts tried:

  • Multiple email addresses
  • Multiple phone numbers from different countries and carriers

What I’ve already tried:

  • Waited for OTP codes (30+ minutes)
  • Checked spam/blocked messages
  • Tried different phone numbers and countries
  • Created new account - same issue

Could you please help me manually verify my account or provide an alternative way to get API access?

I’m experiencing the same issue, I couldn’t complete the OTP verification.

So, it’s been about 5 days now, and the update is that there is no update. My emails are being ignored, and as I can see, forum topics on the same topic are being ignored. I will also try to boost it via social media and will share the update if any
