Passage to 7W to 19W

Hi
I have a jetson orin nano dev kit and i was trying the mode 7W, it works well but when i Rechanged to 15W it stopped working and cant boot again.
When booting the message is:
" **WARNING : test Key is used **
L4TLauncher : Attempting Recovery Boot"
I am using the power jack gives in the Nvidia box.
And i have a 64GB sd card with JetPack 5.1.1

then are you still able to login via UART?

Then at least you can make sure your device is not physically damaged.
If the system indeed broke, then please re-flash your device.
