Rig consists of Nano & Raspberry Pi V2 noire Camera Module hooked on salvaged motorised lenses fully controlled by own soft real time subsystem. Simplified case; static object, maximal zoom, shallow depth of field, infinity outward. Any idea for Nano, how long would it take to calculate single pass on 100 X 100 pixels ROI, Tenengrad focus measure operator, that proved the best in my RPI3b case ? Any better passive focusing algo optimised for Nano ? My first Nano arrives in 10 days, pardon my ignorance, can the power of NVIDIA cores be unleashed on passive focusing algo, whatever it might be ? Cheers to all Nano newcomers
