PCIe 4.0X4 to USB 3.0 conversion

Using NVIDIA ORIN NX, a PCIE4.0X4 to USB 3.0 adapter card was used to transfer out 4 USB ports. After inserting a USB drive, the system found 4 USB 3.0 devices, but the USB drive could not be read. After preliminary investigation, the USB driver problem was ruled out, which may be more related to the NVIDIA platform. Can you help identify the problem?
