The newly fabricated PCIE controller C4 only outputs the lane6 and lane7 signals as shown in the figure below.
By referring to the pinmux table and making the following modifications.

However, when comparing the generated dtsi files before and after the modification, it was found that there were no changes in the file content.

PCIe part does not care about the pinmux setting. No need to care whether pinmux does not change before and after your modificaiton.
Do you support the following configuration?

聽不太懂你想問什麼. C4在上面的表格一直是固定的設定. 你在那邊改configuration根本就動不到C4
我们想要新载板能够兼容支持ORIN 和Thor,目前Thor已经做完BSP适配,现在是需要将orin的UPHY配置成USB和PCIE RP模式,确认C4能够只接lane6 和lane7 之后,想要确认一下ODMDATA配置是否可行,以前ORIN是默认config#1或者config#2,现在是需要UPHY0和UPHY1使用config#1,UPHY2使用config#2

基本上這裡純粹只是要討論Orin. 我想要重申的就是, 不管你UPHY設成config #1還是2 , 都跟C4沒有關聯…
C4從頭到尾在那個表格裏就是固定的設定. 你不用改pinmux也不用動device tree.
你如果只有x2 而且在6跟7, 那基本上是lane reversed 的方式在使用.
