What is the internal terminations and biasing on PCIe RX Lines.
What i/o standard is the PCIE REFCLOCK and does it have any terminations.

In OEM DG, table 7 shows the I/O voltage of PCIe, table 20 shows PCIE interface signal routing requirements. Since the internal terminations and biasing match them, you can get the data then.
