我在orin nx 上面使用Xilinx AXI Memory Mapped to PCI Express 这个IP

现象：

• RK3588 同 bitstream 能工作（AWREADY=1）
• Orin NX 上 AWVALID=1/AWREADY=0（桥拒收）
• AER Uncorrectable Error = 0x14820001（UR + Receiver Overflow，清不掉）
• 已排除：地址路由、SMMU 映射、桥窗口、inbound ATU、链路重训练、MPS 软件对齐
