Does this patch also apply , if I want to fuse the jetson or only while flashing software image ?

it’s DRAM changes notified via PCN.
as you can see.. Jetson Xavier NX PCN 210641 BOM Addition of DRAM.

Addition of Micron DRAM MT53E512M32D1ZW-046

it’s related to image flashing.
if you can flash your target on hand, you don’t need to apply that PCN patch.
