If you have a hmdi cable plugged to AGX:

please shutdown your AGX completely, unplug the HDMI cable. Wait for like more than 60 seconds. The problem will most probably be solved.

Sorry, I have forgotten to input dmesg command.
First, I tried it and found “devinit status verification failed:” error.
Then I did the way as csari3 said and dmesg does not output that error.

Report for this issue. I think it is a hw bug. It is sort of mentioned in the errata sheet

dump your firmware and compare it with uploaded
