Hello NVIDIA DLI Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been encountering for the past two days while following the course “The Art of Compressing LLMs: Pruning, Distillation, and Quantization Demystified.”

Whenever I try to access the course content, I consistently receive the following message:We encountered an error. Please try again.

I have tried refreshing the page and accessing it at different times, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help me resolve this issue ? Thank you in advance for your support.

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
