hello! I have installed PGI Community Edition Version 17.4 with windows 10. When I start the PGI Debugger it can’t work and there is a error followed

pgdbg : LICENSE MANAGER PROBLEM: Cannot find license file.
The license files (or license server system network addresses) attempted are listed below. Use LM_LICENSE_FILE to use a different license file,
or contact your software provider for a license file.

For further information, refer to the FlexNet Licensing documentation,

But it does have the file C:\Program Files\PGICE\license.dat

What should I do?

The message indicates that the window you are running in does not
define $PGI, which should be C:\Program Files\PGICE .

License is in C:\Program Files\PGICE\license.dat. make sure that if you edit or copy the file to this area, you run them “as administrator”.

Make sure you open a PGICE command window, either DOS or Bash,
and determine if PGI is defined. Look at the pgi*.bat files in
C:\Program Files\PGICE\win64\17.4 to see what they set.

In the PGI bash window.

pgfortran -o hello hello.f -g
works, and then

pgdbg hello

should open the debugger.
