When clicking “Open” in the connections tab after opening PGI Debugger on Windows then it says it cannot find the license file. It says it only checked the “.\license.dat” path but the .lnk start menu shortcut is missing the working directory entry. If I modify that to “C:\Program Files\PGICE” then it works.
