Hi NVIDIA team,
I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com for cloud inference in NemoClaw (local WSL2 setup), but every phone number I try (including new ones) immediately gives:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
No OTP is ever sent, and the error happens within seconds on the very first attempt. This is blocking onboarding in the NemoClaw wizard.
