Phone verification failed: "This phone number has exceeded limits" (New account)

Hi,

I am attempting to register for a new NVIDIA NIM/Build account, but I’m stuck at the phone verification step. Both my email and phone number (+86) are being used for the first time.

Issue Details:

  1. During my first attempt, I never received the SMS verification code.

  2. When I tried to resend the code, the system prompted “Too many requests, please try again in 60 seconds,” even though I had only requested it once.

  3. After waiting for 24 hours and trying again today, I am now receiving the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

I am unable to proceed with my registration. Could you please help me look into this or manually verify my account?
