Phone verification limit exceeded error for US number

Hello,

I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but I’m unable to verify my phone number. As soon as I enter my number, I receive the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits. Please try a different phone number or try again later.”

I have not received any SMS messages, and this was my first attempt to verify the number. It appears there may be an issue with the SMS verification system for the +1 (United States) country code.

Could you please assist with manually verifying my account or removing the restriction so I can proceed with generating the API key?

Likewise US account and phone number, phone number has exceeded limits message and also if you go to your api keys page it at least for me says I don’t have access to make api keys for my organization even though I am the creator and only member. Email is matthew.bee1512@gmail.com

This is odd—my friend told me he was able to get it to work. I also searched online and saw that if you post the issue here, it’s usually resolved within 24–48 hours.

Getting the same, and I tried two different US numbers. Email is msafford@proton.me.
