PhysX SDK Commercial license fee on non-Windows platforms

Can anybody tell me what is the fee per one “Physics Application” for Android platform? After reading the EULA I know that until the application made $100,000 no payments are required, but what after breaking the limit? Is there single fixed fee, royalty per unit sold, or both?
