I want to clarify the rules for editing a table.
If I don’t use interfaces then I have to set the fields Customer Usage and Pin Direction to unused_*** and Not Assigned?
In the table I see that for some unused pins in devkit, fields Customer Usage and Pin Direction are set however.
Some pins have comments - unused (3.3V Tolerance Enabled to protect pad) . I should not change the properties of these pins?

What’s your Jetpack version in use?
Yes, you could configure it as unused_***
, Or you could also just keep those pins as default usage if you don’t use them.

I’m at the stage of developing my board. I bought a devkit and it will be delivered soon. Can I install Orin from the devkit on my board? After all, it will be programmed for a different board configuration.
Do you mean that put the Orin module from the devkit to your customized board?
Yes, please just make sure the board config match with your board.
