Pinmux spreadsheet: IO Block Voltage off

Hi,
Regarding the pinmux spreadsheet, if all pins in a given section are set to be unused, should I set the corresponding IO Block Voltage to “OFF”?
Are there any (small) power saving in doing so? What effect will it have exactly?
Can I turn it off for PEX_CTL which contains MOD_SLEEP* if I don’t use MOD_SLEEP*?

This for a custom carrier board with the production module.

Just set to be unused, no effect on power saving.
