We checked the Jetson nano module pinmux template, and realize the configuration for “3.3V tolerance”. For example, the I2C bus could be enable or disable “3.3V tolerance” .

On the pinmux spreadsheet the customizable cells are marked in orange.
The types of pin configurations supported are described in the Jetson Nano Module Data Sheet document which can be found here:

Please take a look into section 3, where the pins are described. You can see which types of pins tolerate which voltage.
