Pip install isaacsim-rl and isaacsim-replicator do not work on Ubuntu 20 (pip install for isaac lab)

Trying to install Isaac Lab on Ubuntu 20 with pip.

same error as: Isaac Sim Python Environment Installation with `pip` through `conda` - #6 by KevinHao

FYI the wheels are working on Ubuntu 22.

(isaacsim-rl and isaacsim-replicator packages in https://pypi.nvidia.com/ ).
