In some Jetson carrier board designs and in the document Jetson_Xavier_NX_Pinmux_Configuration_Template_v1.06.xlsm there is a note:
"Please check with Nvidia before using functions that end with a ‘*’ "
So with all the signals with ‘*’, I have to check with Nvidia before?
In particular, I want to use the SPI0_CS0*, SPIO1_CS0*, and UART1_RTS*, UART1_CTS*.
What should I take note of these signals, please?
may I know what’s the modification you would like to change with those pins,
you may also check the “customer usage” for those pins, there’re default board configurations for your reference.
thanks
I just want to use them the standard ways.
After reading the product design guide, the ‘*’(asterisk) just means the pins are ACTIVE LOW signals, right?
Is there any thing else I need to take note of when using these signals with "*"in the end (default config)?
You can ignore the statement in pinmux:
Please check with Nvidia before using functions that end with a ‘ * ’
We will get it removed from spreadsheet.
and you can use the pins in the standard way.
