Portal Bug: 500 Error on benefitActivityTrigger when requesting cloud credits (BareTorch)

Hi NVIDIA Inception Team, Our account is accepted in the Inception program, but we are unable to redeem compute benefits due to a 500 error on the catalog portal when clicking “Request Benefit”.

Could a forum moderator please manually trigger or reset the benefit link for our profile? Thank you!

Hi @martin-kb We just landed a fix for the issue causing the 500 error. Please try clicking the “Request Benefit” button again. Please allow a few seconds after clicking for the page to refresh.
