Is it possible to use the NVIDIA Video Codec SDK (NVIDIA VIDEO CODEC SDK | NVIDIA Developer, NVENC & NVCUVID API) for lossy compression (and subsequent decompression) of a single color image (so NO video, just one image) ? If possible, how can it be done ?
