Hi everyone,
I’m posting this to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.
My NVIDIA Inception application was rejected. After several follow-ups over a long period, I finally received the reason: my website was reported as “not functional.”
The problem is that my website is fully operational. It is live, accessible, and actively being used by customers. Multiple independent checks also confirmed that the website is working correctly.
This makes me wonder if there is a bug or issue in NVIDIA’s website validation process that may be incorrectly flagging some websites as unavailable. If that’s the case, other startups could also be getting rejected for the same reason without realizing it, especially since it can take a long time to receive the actual reason for rejection.
Could someone from the NVIDIA team please help bring this to the attention of the Inception team so they can investigate whether there is an issue with the website verification process?
I’m also curious to know:
-
Has anyone else been rejected without receiving a clear reason?
-
Has anyone received a rejection stating that their website was “not functional,” even though it was working correctly?
If this is affecting multiple applicants, it would be helpful for NVIDIA to review the validation process so startups are not rejected due to a technical issue.
Thank you.

Hi @sachin.k1,
I have reached out to the Inception team to look at this.
Thanks , Could you also forward by request to them for <hbfsynergy.com> since I haven’t heard back from them regarding reevaluation .
Hi, I also received a rejection but wasn’t given any reason. I tried contacting the Inception team multiple times but haven’t received a response. After reading this, I’m wondering if my application was rejected for the same reason.
Hi @sachin.k1, thanks for reaching out here and apologies for the back-and-forth.
After reviewing your application, it looks like your website was not accessible from our internal environment at the time of evaluation, which likely led to the “not functional” website flag. I understand that the site may still load correctly from other networks or devices, so we want to make sure your application gets another review.
We’ve reset your application so you can reapply. Please feel free to let us know once it’s been resubmitted.
We also appreciate you flagging the broader concern. We’ll share this feedback internally as we continue improving the review process.
Thank you,
Natasha
Hi @natashap ,
I have reapplied for the application , please have a look at it & the website is working perfectly fine .
I think this is a bigger issue many people are facing it.
Hi @natashap , Could you also check my application https://skvel.com/.

Hi @natashap ,
Could you please check my application as well? The rejection only mentioned that our company doesn’t meet one or more eligibility criteria, but after reviewing them, I believe we meet all the requirements.
Application email: girisha@vv2onegst.com
I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know the specific reason or what needs to be corrected. Thank you!
Hi Everyone ,
Even my application got rejected for the same reason but fortunately they have forwarded it for further review.
@natashap please let know if you need any additional information to reset the application like you did for sachin.
Thanks @sachin.k1 for bringing this issue .
