Potential PCIe Resource Conflict: Intel BE200 (Wi-Fi 7) Invisible on B450 Platform with GTX 1060

I am experiencing a strange PCIe detection issue on my ASRock B450M Steel Legend (BIOS P10.43). I have a GTX 1060 6GB installed in the primary slot and a Fenvi FV-BE8800RGB (Intel BE200) in a PCIe 2.0 x1 slot.

The Issue: While the NVIDIA GPU is detected and working (currently using nouveau on Debian 13), the Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 controller is completely missing from lspci. However, the Bluetooth part of the card (connected via internal USB) is detected perfectly.

System Context:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X.

  • Kernel: 6.18.0-upstream.

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB.

I am reaching out to see if there are known PCIe resource allocation conflicts between Pascal-based GPUs and newer Wi-Fi 7 chipsets on older B450/Zen 1 architectures, or if specific “Above 4G Decoding” or “PCIe Payload Size” settings in BIOS are recommended for this configuration.
