Power Limit (Watt) with K2 Card

Hi,

When running nvidia-smi on my hypervisor (host has 2x K2 cards plugged in), I get 117W listed as Power Cap. If I run "nvidia-smi -a", I can see that Power Limit is set to 117.50, Enforced Power Limit to 117.50, Min Power Limit to 85 and Max Power Limit to 125. From the K2 diagrams I’ve seen, they list 225 Watt as Power Limit (ie 117.50 per GPU).

Does this mean I can increase the Enforced Power Limit from 117.50 to 125 without worry?

If you change it, it becomes unsupported.

What do you believe you would gain from adjusting the values?
