PowerMizer mode is bugged

Setting a value via nvmlDeviceSetPowerMizerMode_v1 will revert if the application requesting a different PowerMizer mode closes.

Similarly, if a intensive 3D application is closed, the PowerMizer mode will internally reset but will still display “Prefer Max Performance” as seen by clocks no longer returning to base clocks like it does when you first set the PowerMizer mode.

Still not fixed.

Apparently this works on Windows too. No documentation of how it interacts with DRS and it has the same bugs as Linux. Sure would be nice if an Nvidia employee would take a few seconds out of there day to explain things.
