@shivshankar Thank you for using the AODT. Can you please share the following file: b1482a5a-9164-4c77-f6002688-e38e30e0.dmp.zip. You can find it in /home/shiv/.local/share/ov/pkg/asim-1.0.0//data/Kit/aerial_sim/1.0/ . If the size of the file is too large, please upload it to a shared location on the cloud and send us the link.

Thank you so much for your response.
I don’t have any zip file in that directory.

Hello shivshankar,
Thank you for your patience. We were able to analyze your logs. The issue stems from remote access into a RTX workflow. We are preparing a solution. Are these L40 instance on the Azure? Or is this on-prem?

Dear Prasad,

Thank you so much for response.

I my both L40 is installed on single Dell PowerEdge-R760. We are not using Azure.

Thanks and Regards,
Shiv Shankar

Shiv Shankar,
There are multiple reasons for this failure. For quickest resolution, we can look at your system. Please suggest a few day/time windows, preferably in morning, pacific time zone. If you can set up a remote session for us to login and investigate, that would be ideal.

Dear Kpasad,

Thank you so much for your support. We are most likely available from Monday to Friday. Please suggest a date and time so that our people will be available including our network admin. Also We have Anydesk and TeamViewer for remote access so please suggest any.

Thanks and Regards,
Shiv Shankar

Shivshakar,
Can you please elaborate on how you installed? Our expectation is that, on the bare OS, you will:

  1. Download the aodt_bundle.zip using linux CLI
  2. Run the install.sh package inside of the zip file
This script would install drivers+ OV GUI+backend+tools (VNC etc.). Did you install the components seperately?
