Problem with hearing plosive sounds when pixel streaming unreal application

with all conditions being equal, there will be no problem install pixel streaming server on Intel cpu computer and run unreal application. but when I do the same thing on an amd cpu computer, the sound comes out from the webpage, and I hear popping sounds intermittently. both intel and amd gpu is 4090. What’s the problem?
