Problem with micro-USB solering

I found problem with TX1 soldering. My Tx1 micro usb plug came off from tx1 bord. It seems that in production micro usb is not solder correctly. Most of the soldering paste in not melted.
I just ordered new plug to replace it.

So note to all be careful with that

I’ve personally found that prototyping micro-USB connectors is one of the hardest things to prototype on a new board. Reflow ovens have a fine line between success and failure on that, plus the traces are incredibly fine pitch. Once such a connector is in place it isn’t always strong enough for repeated connect/disconnect cycles, and some people put epoxy on the connector to hold it to the board and take some of the stress (being careful to not get epoxy in the connector itself).
