You can only fix things that can be identified to be broken and your situation doesn’t really make sense. Please try adding
Option "Interactive" "off"
to the device sections of your xorg.conf and check if that has any effect.
@generix No effect. How to identify what was broken? The issue is same on all Linux distros.
The minimal driver version with RTX 2060 12G support is 497.09 IIRC
