Do you mean when you start “flash.sh” on host side, there is no uart log coming out from device side?
If so, then we can do nothing, please just RMA the device.

I can only assume some components are broken during the test to raise temperature.
Sorry that I only deal with software problem so if there is no log. I can only say it probably a hardware problem.
