Problems about installing NVIDIA Driver in converged accelerator DPUs(A30X)

Hello everyone:

I try to install NVIDIA Driver and CUDA Toolkits in A30X(bluefiled2)according below links:

https://docs.nvidia.com/doca/sdk/nvidia+doca+installation+guide+for+linux/index.html#src-2571330368_NVIDIADOCAInstallationGuideforLinux-DownloadingandInstallingCUDAToolkitandDriver

When installing the nvidia driver in the DPU, we need to generate a generate key pair and create a self-signed certificate so that the system kernel can load the driver module.

To import the public Key into the MOK(Machine Owner Key) database, we need to restart DPU, and enter the MOK management interface to complete the registration. However, we connect to the DPU through SSH, that means, we can not see MOK management interface after rebooting DPU, so how to enter the MOK management interface in DPU?

Or is there a way to disable this security mode on the DPU so that the installation no longer requires a key?

Thank you!

Hi liudsl,

Thank you for posting your query on NVIDIA Community Forum.

The interface can be accessed using RSHIM console on the host. The A30X also has a BMC. This can be used to connect to DPU UART console from there.

If issue persists, I would like to bring to your notice that an active support entitlement is needed to debug issues related to Bluefield2.
