Problems getting image through FPD link

Hi,

We are using FPD link to serialize/deserialize to transfer image sensor data to AGX.

We have problems with getting camera sensor image to the AGX. If we turn on test pattern generator on our serializer, the image shows up just fine on AGX, but when we try to get the image from the camera sensor we only get small line of the image from the sensor and nothing after that. I have attached logs for both cases. We can get the image from the sensor to show up just fine when not using the FPD link.

Do you know from the logs what is wrong with our setup / do we have to configure AGX somehow?

    could you please upload images to this discussion thread. you may find the pin icon on the top-right to attach files.

  2. please refer to SerDes Pixel Clock session, you may review serdes_pix_clk_hz settings in your device tree.

  3. you may enable VI tracing logs to gather more details for checking.
    for example,

Hi Jerry,

The problem was that the serializer sent wrong clock to the sensor which somehow caused it to only show top of the image.
